Craig graduated from college in 1982 during a period of economic turmoil. High unemployment rates and 18% interest rates posed challenges for homebuyers. Additionally, the gas crisis of a few years prior meant enduring long lines to fill up gas tanks. Despite these obstacles, Craig received two job offers.

One interview in particular, with a prominent Financial Services company, had a profound impact on Craig's future. The interviewer shared a thought-provoking insight: "Did you know that the average person spends more time planning a one-week vacation than they do planning for retirement?" This revelation astonished Craig and led him to pursue a path of assisting individuals in planning for a secure and fulfilling retirement.

Over the next decade, Craig worked in management, fulfilling responsibilities such as hiring, training, and supervising representatives. His exceptional performance earned him the distinguished honor of being part of the President's Honor Club on more than twelve occasions. Eventually, Craig made the decision to establish his own venture. He initially collaborated with his wife for a few years, but they shifted their focus to raising their three children.

For the past 25 years, Craig has been an independent broker, collaborating with his team. His primary objective is to help you achieve a lifestyle that propels you towards a successful future.

First and foremost, Craigs' relationship with God and his family are the driving force of his core.

During my upbringing, I achieved various athletic accomplishments, including being an AAU junior Olympic Judo Champion and participating in football and wrestling in high school. I also coached soccer, basketball, and baseball for our community when the kids were young. Additionally, I worked with young men in the Boy Scouts. We traveled across the country to watch my son play Division 1 College Baseball and my daughter become an All-American Sprinter in high school.

I've been happily married to my wife Clare for nearly four decades, and we are blessed with three grown children and two grandchildren. I enjoy playing golf and have a passion for cooking. On most Sundays during football season, after church, I cook a feast for family and friends to gather and enjoy the game together. A couple of times a year, we attend big tailgate parties at stadiums to watch the games.

Throughout the years, I have been actively involved in my church ministries and volunteered for an organization called Caregivers, assisting seniors with their doctor appointments. My wife and I love traveling, and we have been fortunate to go on company conventions, such as the President's Honors Club, which took us to Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Europe, and Australia. Our extended family enjoys cruises and exploring American national parks, including hiking in Glacier National Park, Yosemite, Acadia, the Grand Canyon, and of course, spending time at the beach. About 30 years ago, we embarked on a cross-country trip in our conversion van with our three young children, which was a fantastic experience. Meeting new people in different places has always been exciting for us.

In 1982, Craig faced economic challenges but got two job offers. One interview changed everything. The insight that people plan vacations better than retirement lit a fire. Craig embarked on a journey to help folks secure their retirement.

He excelled in management, earning President's Honor Club honors 12+ times. Eventually, he launched his own venture, worked with his wife, then shifted focus to raising their kids. Now, for 25 years, Craig's an independent broker, dedicated to helping you secure a successful future.

Craig's core values are his faith and family.

Ryan graduated cum laude from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and minor in Business Finance.  Ryan was an active member of the Honor Society and Economics club as well as a varsity athlete, playing with the ECSU soccer team.

In 2006 Ryan became a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual, where he began building a strong working knowledge of case design and the sales process. Seeking a new challenge, Ryan moved to an insurance brokerage as a Wholesale Director, where he was a driving force in doubling the number of agents actively working with the agency.  After honing his skills in the impaired risk market, Ryan joined Ward Brokerage Associates as a Sales Vice President in 2011.
